ObjectivesThis major, which can be taken as part of the Bachelor of Agribusiness, will provide you with skills and knowledge in agribusiness marketing and management along with a solid grounding in technical subjects such as crop and pasture production, soils and animal production to help you interpret and apply new information as it becomes available. You will also explore the core business areas of accounting, taxation, farm management, marketing, economics, extension, and consulting and finance.

Introduction
This major provides skills and knowledge in agribusiness marketing and management and also provides sufficient grounding in technical subjects such as crop and pasture production, soils and animal production to interpret and apply new information as itbecomes available. Graduates mainly gain employment in marketing and management roles in agribusiness organisations that provide input and services to agricultural industries, such as financial institutions, rural media companies, farm lobby groups, research and development, agricultural consultants, exporters, fertiliser and merchandise companies.
