Bachelor of Criminology and Justice

  • Objectives Adopts a contemporary international approach to criminology and justice education. It seeks to develop educated practitioners. Graduates will possess a significant background in contemporary theory and research that informs criminology and justice professions. They will also possess the skills that are required for entry level positions in criminology and justice professions. This dual approach will prepare them for positions of future leadership.

    Juvenile Justice Officers, Family Law Case Workers, Child Protection Case Workers, Corrections Officers, Police Officers, Customs Officers, Security Officers, Civilian Positions in Law Enforcement and Policing, Law Enforcement and Policing Policy Positions

    This course is available for on-campus study by students with an International student visa.
    This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.

    Students are required to complete 270 credit points (18 units ) from their major field of study. Students are also required to complete a 90 credit points (six unit minor) from a related discipline or 90 credit points (6 elective units ).
