Are you interested in upgrading your hospitality management qualifications? The Bachelor of Hospitality Management is specifically designed for those who hold a TAFE (or Australian Qualifications Framework recognised) Diploma in Hospitality Management. To the skills, knowledge and practical experience gained in your diploma, you will add both a broad knowledge of the foundations of business and specialised skills in an area of your choice.

The growth of the hospitality industry has opened many doors for graduates in areas such as hotels, restaurants, night clubs, conference centres, cruise liners, retailing, transportation, travel agencies, tour companies, tourist attractions, leisure centres, recreation and sport and cultural industries. Work as a hotel manager, sales manager, food and beverage manager, or public relations manager - to name a few options.
Program Structure
In addition to the completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) recognised Diploma in Hospitality Management (12 subjects of credit), students must complete 12 courses with CQUniversity consisting of:
