Program ratingMany domestic animals such as sheep, cows and poultry are vital to the production of our food, and domestic animals too play a huge role in people´s lives. The program in Animal Science at the University of Melbourne will teach students the biology of domestic and captive animals, how to care for them and manage their use as a food resource, and their role in companionship. This includes moral and ethical issues as well.
