ObjectivesThis course is for people currently working on a mixed enterprise (sheep, beef, cropping) or dairy farm, providing basic farming skills in fencing, livestock husbandry, tractor operations and front end loader use, welding and machinery maintenance.
Entry requirementsYou must be at least 16 years of age, with basic literacy and numeracy skills. You need to be currently employed on a commercial farm, physically fit and prepared to work in an outdoor environment.
