ObjectivesThe Certificate II in Hairdressing provides the opportunity for aspiring hairdressers to learn about the industry, gain skills prior to taking on an apprenticeship and work in a salon as a Salon Assistant, working under supervision of a qualified haridresser. You’ll learn about maintaining a clean and efficient work environment and how to communicate effectively with client and staff, dealing with clients, shampooing, drying hair to shape, head and neck massage, taking client bookings and preparing clients for salon service.

Qualified hairdressers must complete the Certificate III in Hairdressing.
Further Study Options
