    This course includes:

        * First Aid
        * Dealing with emergencies
        * Preparing the shed for shearing and crutching
        * Preparing fleece wool for classing
        * Preparing skirtings and oddments
        * Pressing wool

    Duration Options     

    There are many study options available for the Certificate III in Advance Wool Handling, including:

        * Industry based (on-the-job)
        * Part time day or evening
        * Self paced

    The total duration of the training program will be defined by the negotiated training plan, however you are encouraged to complete this qualification within 24 months.

    Employment Opportunities    

    On successful completion of this course you will have the skills to work as part of a shearing team (e.g. for a shearing contractor).

    Further Study Options    

    After completing this course you may choose to continue on to the Certificate IV in Wool Classing, or use this certificate towards a Certificate III in Agriculture.
