ObjectivesThis course reflects the role of people who apply a broad range of administrative skills in a variety of work situations in an organisation/business. The course is aimed at those who enjoy giving administrative advice and support, using some discretion and judgement in their roles.
Entry requirementsNext to good numeracy and literacy skill you need basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and: * Some work experience in a business environment at Certificate II level OR * Completed Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification OR * Completed year 12 Other Entry Requirements Access to the Internet and email, as well as access to a computer with Microsoft Office Applications 2007.
