Training focuses on practical skills required by field staff including: * Australian cultural heritage (introduction) * Fencing * First Aid / OH&S * Identification and control of weeds and pests * Plant identification * Revegetation techniques * Safe use of chemicals
  • Entry requirements Basic literacy and numeracy. You must be physically fit and prepared to work in an outdoor environment. Other Entry Requirements Students are selected through a formal interview process.

    The duration of the Class based training program is delivered as a full time program over 6 months,
    Industry based programs will be defined by the negotiated training plan, however you are encouraged to complete this qualification within 24 months.
