    It’s all about management. At some time in your working life you will have to manage something. It might be a section or department of a company or corporation or in the government sector. It might be a hospital ward or it might be your own business.

    CQU's management programs are designed to prepare graduates for higher managerial responsibilities in commerce, industry or government in a wide variety of professions.

    Business management studies the nature, operation and role of business and the resolution of management and administrative problems.

    Program Structure

    Students must complete 3 courses (24 units of credit) to graduate with a Graduate Certificate in Management.

     These courses will include:

        * 3 elective postgraduate courses.

    Any 3 postgraduate courses

    Taken from the Faculty of Business and Informatics, provided prerequisites have been met.

     Please note:

    The 3 courses may be chosen to meet individual work needs or expectations and the program of study should be developed in consultation with the Postgraduate Program Advisor.

     
    Part-time and distance students will study 1 or 2 courses each term, while full-time students will study 3 courses each term.

     
    Students who are considering later enrolment in a Graduate Diploma or Masters degree program should select courses in their Graduate Certificate required for that program.
