  • Objectives You will learn about the hospitality industry and will develop your customer service and communication skills, along with a wide range of skills relevant to food and beverage service, accommodation services or other hospitality services.
  • Entry requirements This course is for people employed as trainees in the hospitality industry or people who want to work at the operative level in a range of hospitality establishments including restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
