As the world moves from an economy of stand-alone companies to interdependent enterprises connected by the products of a global information infrastructure, students of CSU'sMaster of Business Administration (Computing) will benefit from educational opportunities that will ensure they become integrated information professionals equipped for the 21st Century.
The needs of existing IT managers who aspire to move upward into senior management positions will be catered to with the emphasis on exploiting information technologies for productivity and competitiveness.
Upon completion of this course, graduates will have acquired a firm understanding of the major areas of knowledge which underpin general management, including:
* the concepts, processes and institutions in the production and marketing of goods and/or services and the financing of business enterprise or other forms of organisation
* the impact of environmental forces on organisations, including: ethical, social, economic, and technological change issues; and the effect of international developments
* the ability to respond to and manage change
* the concepts and applications of accounting and finance
* management theory and HRM issues
* the processes and problems of general management at the operational and strategic level
* business strategy
* leadership and entrepreneurship.
Graduates will also have acquired a range of international industry certifications in IT Service Management (ITIL), IT Quality Management (ISO/IEC 20000), and IT Governance (COBIT).

Graduation requirements
To graduate from the Master of Business Administration (Computing), students must complete 96 points (12 subjects).
