Objectives
Designed to prepare the student for entry into the highest level of the music profession. The course is extremely flexible and offers the following specialisations: * Classical Performance * Jazz Performance * Composition * Music Technology, and * Music Studies/Musicology

Students must have an undergraduate music qualification with honours or a Graduate Diploma in music, and present an audition or interview according to specialisation.

This course is not available for on-campus study by students on an International student visa.
This course structure contains information about the units which comprise the course as well as the credit points required to successfully complete it.
The Master of Music is a 120 credit point course, with 60 credit points to be undertaken in each of the two semesters of the course. The two units in the second semester are each worth 30 credit points.

* Research Methods (MUS6113) must be selected by students who have not completed an Honours award.
