Postgraduate Diploma in Arts (Japanese)

  • Objectives Students who complete the postgraduate diploma should:

    * discuss a wide range of current issues in Japanese;
    * appreciate language styles and major points of selected readings in Japanese;
    * demonstrate an understanding of Japan and contemporary Japanese society;
    * write a thesis of 12,000 words, comparable with that appropriate to an Honours degree.
