    * Have the ability to apply the knowledge acquired in the Biomedical Research Management course to their own practical work situations through applied project work;
    * Have the ability to articulate the knowledge acquired in Biomedical Research Management in an appropriate form including reports and presentations;
    * Have the ability to demonstrate independent critical thought and exhibit superior analytic and problem-solving skills in Biomedical Research Management.
