    About Property Valuation

    Want to work as a property professional, perhaps as a valuer, but cannot attend on-campus university classes? Then we have the right program, delivered by our world-class distance education team - CQUniversity's Bachelor of Property.

    If you want to join the property professionals, and you are not able to move to a university campus because of family and work commitments, then the Bachelor of Property will get you there with all the knowledge and skills you will need.

    This program is designed for property professionals and will provide enhanced opportunities for graduates to become property professionals, including working as a property valuer, manager, developer, analyst, market researcher, land economist, consultant or portfolio manager.

    The Bachelor of Property is offered by distance education and can be completed in three years full-time or six years part-time.


    Career Opportunities

    Graduates may consider a career in the real estate industry or property management businesses with high income generating residential, industrial or commercial property portfolios as a property valuer, land agent, property manager, property financier, land economist or sales representative.
