Objectives
Enables graduates to become speech pathologists. This course covers the full range of skills necessary to assess, plan, and treat people with communication disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing or fluency difficulties in a range of different contexts. The course is closely aligned with areas such as speech science, psychology, audiology, and allied healthcare. It also includes a substantial clinical practicum designed to provide the full range of clinical experience required for accreditation by the Speech Pathology Association of Australia.
