Next to good numeracy and literacy skill you need basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and: * Some work experience in a business environment at Certificate II level OR * Completed Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification OR * Completed year 12 Other Entry Requirements Access to the Internet and email, as well as access to a computer with Microsoft Office Applications 2007.
