Objectives
This course is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the graphic design industry.

Entry requirements
You will need to have successfully completed Year 12 (VCE or its equivalent) or be a mature age entrant. Other Entry Requirements Entry is based on an interview, assessment of personal and visual communication skills, and presentation of a quality folio that communicates originality, competence and effectiveness. Examples for your folio may include typography, layout, 2D and 3D design and packaging.

Employment Opportunities
On successfully completing this course you will be able to pursue a career as a graphic design assistant in a design studio, printing company or other private/public company, or you may decide to work as a freelance or self-employed designer or apply for further study at university level.
