Objectives
You will learn about the hospitality industry and will develop your customer service and communication skills, along with a wide range of skills relevant to food and beverage service, accommodation services or other hospitality services.

Entry requirements
This course is for people employed as trainees in the hospitality industry or people who want to work at the operative level in a range of hospitality establishments including restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
